Windows start menu keeps downloading stupid apps

Hey David, thanks for your suggestion on Sept 3 but it did not fix the problem regarding my question as follows; I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 on by Laptop but in the start menu I do not have an “All Apps” icon. When I click the start menu all the apps appear automatically. No “All Apps” icon option.
